On the 23/05/2017, sixty learners were invited by the South African National Biodiversity Institution (SANBI) for a workshop at the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens. The learners thoroughly enjoyed themselves and learnt new facts about plants, animals, and the history of the botanical gardens. They also spent time at the Witpoortjie Water Falls which one learner’s said was “out of this world”.
